Jana Adams is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA®) and real estate broker with LPT Realty, specializing in senior and family housing transitions at the intersection of aging, housing, and care.
Her approach is shaped by over two decades of professional experience and deep personal experience — as a full-time caregiver and advocate for her daughter Brooke (whose story was featured on NBC's Today Show), as a daughter who navigated her own parents' out-of-state relocation, and as a former nonprofit board president who engaged in grassroots policy and lobbying efforts in Sacramento on behalf of individuals with disabilities.
